Chiizii is an interdisciplinary artist and researcher, raised in New York and currently based in London. Her practice, grounded in painting, collage, and textile design, is deeply informed by Igbo, Nigerian, and broader African experiences. Informed by archival research, community-based oral traditions, and personal memory, she creates work that embodies cultural specificity and narrative depth.

At the core of her process is the synthesis of diverse materials and mediums, resulting in collages that function as visual narratives of her research. she translates her research into works on found wood, textile prints, garment and jewelry making, and audio installations—each contributing to what she describes as "present memory diasporic snapshots."

Her current research focuses on the role of art in preserving and communicating Igbo food culture, while also examining artistic practice as both a method of learning and a tool for teaching.Recent exhibitions include Frieze London (2023), Lagos Peckham Repeat at South London Gallery (2023), 1-54 Contemporary Art Fair London (2022), and the RA Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy (2021).
